What should we do with the seed that is dead? We should disregard it. Because it would be pointless to water it, and use our scarce resources to try to grow it when there’s nothing we can do for it to make it grow.
It is the same with the things that are outside our control: let go. Since there is nothing we can do about it. Particularly when these things take something as invaluable as our peace away from us.
