Oftentimes we seek retreats to escape the inescapable: ourselves.
To really find the peace and tranquility we’re looking for, we must retreat not to the mountains or to the beach house, but to ourselves. To turn all our attention to our true desires and current behaviours. So that we can align them more. Because this [the alignment between our true desires and behaviours] is what gives us the profound peace of knowing we’re doing the best we can with what we have, and moving towards what we're here for.
